- A2B Taxis will require a deposit, non returnable, of £50 or payment in full if the booking is made less than 14 days before the journey is required, upon confirmation of booking.
- A2B Taxis will require payment in full not less than 14 days before the date of journey.
- A2B Taxis will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
- It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that any arrival/pick up times and any return flight details are correct.
- If there is any delay on the hirer’s return journey, due to late flight arrival or similar circumstances, A2B Taxis will be entitled to an additional charge of not more than £12.50 per hour or part thereof to be paid by cash on the day.
- A2B Taxis reserve the right to charge an additional fee of not more than £50, if the vehicle is soiled in any way by the hirer or any member of the party.
